I’ve been taking EZ melts calcium and magnesium, multivitamin and iron and zinc for several years now and love the way the vitamins dissolve in my mouth and the ingredients. I have been taking these for at least 4+ years now. I am in my 60’s and there is bone disorders in my family and so far no broken bones for me. They are easy to chew and tasty. I have them on automatic delivery monthly and haven’t had any issues.

I have my absorption syndrome so if I swallow a lot of pills, not only do they not reach my stomach, but I don’t absorb them very well so I have low levels of calcium and other things. These brought my levels back up which pleased me very much because they’re absorbed in the mouth. I would highly recommend them for effectiveness, quality, and truth in advertising.

It's important to know I have a long history of stomach issues, and I take a lot of medications for autoimmune diseases. So my stomach can react a little differently than most. This review is primarily for my fickle-bellied sisters and brothers out there.I bought this calcium because I'm having increasing difficulty finding calcium minis that are actual mini, and I have enough large pills in my life. I honestly cannot swallow any more.These melt on the tongue nicely. They taste fine. But 5-10inutes after it dissolves on my tongue my stomach feels painfully dull and nauseated. It feels... inflated, like a balloon. I try very hard to use all of a product one I purchase it. For my bank account and the planet I try very hard not to waste. But I just cannot do it. I can't finish this bottle of calcium. I don't know if it's the sweetener, or a binder, or what. Please, if you stomach is sensitive, be aware this may not be the calcium for you.
