This is a very heavy duty stand and it is super sturdy. I took the clamp off and screwed it directly onto my desk and it is rock solid. However before I did that, I clamped it and it was just as sturdy. I just wanted it to be permanently mounted to the desk. The screws to the clamp were easy to remove and it was very easy to mount to the desktop.The arms included make for a wide variety of configurations and each are very strong and adjustable.The build quality is outstanding and the mount features are fantastic.I highly recommend.

The desk mount is wide and solid and I love the multiple points of adjustment I can make for position each arm. I wish there were cable channels or guides, but plenty of places to use velcro straps. I'm using this on a sit/stand adjustable desk so I haven't settled on the final placement, but this is where I noticed a lot of flex for the camera arm, under the weight of a Fuji X-S20 with XC 15-45mm zoom (around 645g, well under the 2kg limit of the mount arm). I expected a little bounce when I initially raise or lower the desk, but there is some noticeable flex and the arm doesn't stay level. It does mean checking the level of the camera once the desk is in position. Minor issue for me, but it may be significant for others.

I was very surprised at the build quality of this product. Product is all aluminum with a very sturdy clamp base , ,main post mount and arms. Lots of versatile options , however could of been better given the price point.Here are some of my issues.Top of main post mount does have 1/4 thread, but they don't include the screw, bought a separate 1/4 to 1/4 male tripod screw. They do include one quick release ball mount, but should of included another Mini Ball Head with this unit given the three arm mounts. Finally, the arm for the microphone boom should of come with an option to mount a light or camera , however it does not. Microphone boom does have a 3/8" threaded end , again no adapter to reduce down the size for camera or light mount.Again this is a good overall mount that could of been made perfect with a couple of additional accessories gives the high price point of this item.

Due to the arms being hollow they tend to twist and droop at certain angles. Also the springs on the Microphone arm are barely strong enough to hold a Yeti Mic and tends to droop down. Also when ever you have to make a mike adjustment the whole rig giggles and moves around and not really conducive to a live camera / streaming environment. Also its quite awkward to try and find the perfect position for 3 things and adjusting them is quite the pain due to having to figure out 3 different arms and positions and if decide you want one arm high but its at the bottom of the stack you have to take all of the arms above it off to do so. It was worth a shot and for a very fixed setup and likely one lacking a monitor behind it this may be good for some people.

I just set this up for a YouTube channel, but I'm impressed so far.The desk clamp is sturdy and cushioned to help avoid table damage, the aluminum parts and the finish appear good quality, and the moveable arms are different lengths for significant placement flexibility and lock into position nicely with little apparent flex for the weight I currently have on.As you can see from the photo, I'm currently using only two of the four arms and only one of the two uprights. On the table are two additional arms (one is for the mike, the holder is removable, and the other is to hold the mike). The tube in the middle screws onto the upright post so the arms can be positioned higher up.One note, the right-hand ball mount under the monitor, is by the same company, but I bought it separately. In the bag on the table is a non-ball mount that serves a similar purpose.Two tips: 1) make sure you really tighten the desk clamp, it's strong enough to take it, and that will help compress the padding between it and the desk to reduce the potential for wobble. 2) bring your camera (the likely heaviest thing you are mounting) closer in toward the upright than I have it if you find you are hitting the desk during use/recording and the camera is moving a bit. This will help reduce/eliminate that.All in all, just what I was looking for, and the price is very reasonable for the quality and flexibility.

Great product for an awesome price. Lightweight yet Sturdy. Fits everything I needed to mount in front of me for streaming & more.

This was super easy to put together and felt sturdy once everything was attached. I put a pretty large light and a diffuser on it, and was happy to see that everything remained rigid. I found this setup to be great for saving space, and I’d argue that the quality even surpasses the cost. I would highly recommend to those looking for a setup that saves space while still allowing for a full studio.
