I grabbed these to put in my tool boxes to ward off rust. Strong aroma, pleasant for a garage.

Very strong smell, I bought them to put in my toolbox to stop my tools from rusting. Have had no issues.

I am very happy with this product, the size is perfect as is the price. It has a wonderful strong smell which deters the ants from coming into my house.

The smell is true camphor and it does indeed work to open your airways. Less is more, I suggest putting one on a candle warmer or in a spot near your heating to get the scent flowing. An old school mechanic trick is to put one in tool boxes to prevent rust because camphor oil can create a harmless coating on metal. I can not attest to that but I can say I'd rather my tools smell of camphor than petroleum distillates.Now to address some concerns from other reviews1- this has a strong odor as it is camphor. Open some vapo-rub for comparison. I am familiar with kerosene and it is a very different smell. Nothing like this.2- camphor can be burned as incense. I think it's overkill but it can. You need an incense burner to control the flame. Putting it on a dish and lighting it is harmless but not very clever. It will, like anything that can burn, flame up and give off smoke and soot. Basic physics.

We visited a friend who owned a cat and she used these to deodorize the home. I immediately bought these and I’m hooked. I love the smell of camphor. You need to have a proper burning unit. Too close to the flame - it may sizzle or smoke and dissolve too quickly. I also put a few squares into a mesh bag and hang it in front of my fan in the bedroom. Love this smell and I can’t get enough. Great for stuffy noses

I’ve had these for a short time, but the whole area smells nice and fresh.
