I have two of these. Work great not just for the kitchen use, but also cut well cabinet liners, any plastic wrap, etc. good quality, thoughtful design. Lefty friendly :) have two different surfaces , one in each blade and a space to pull through herbs. Used it daily. Recommend this product!

Lovely pair of scissors, glad I bought them, nice and sharp and does all the jobs round the home. Week later: I've had a chance to use these scissors for a week or so and can assure you that they really are one of the best I have ever owned. I can, after a bit of experience with them, recommend them without fear of misleading anyone. They really are good.

Exceptionally easy to clean thanks to being able to separate the blade, also means you can sharpen them if required (they’re already plenty sharp enough out the box).I was concerned being able to separate them would reduce the sturdiness, but that’s not the case.They’re sturdy and make spatchcocking a chicken very easy, the design allows for two handed use (by the addition of an area to place your left thumb) meaning you can cut through bones with ease.I tried the herb stripper with some thyme from my garden, it was easy to strip by hand. I’ve not tried to strip any other herbs.

The most sturdy pair of scissors I've bought. Surprisingly heavy (for a pair of scissors) but you can instantly feel the quality. Before purchasing, I couldn't quite work out exactly how they came apart for cleaning. If you inspect the pictures, you can see the cam type fitting. You open them up just past what you could comfortably manage with one hand and they simply slide apart. Very efficient, this also makes cleaning and drying a dream. A great pair of scissors to have around the kitchen.

Wanted one of these for ages after using the one my friend has, it does not hurt your fingers like other so where they squash you fingers into such a small space. As an overall kitchen scissors I would recommend it but not for people with large hands, such as men. Only fault I can say is that is comes apart quite easily, not much of a bother as I now know it does.

Lovely pair of multi purpose scissors, lightweight. I like to keep a pair handy for cutting flowers which these do but not as good as other precision scissors I’ve had but great for cutting herbs. Very easy to clean although they come apart a bit too easy sometimes when I just want to wipe them & a fiddle to put back but I guess I’ll get used to that.
