Absolutely nothing to dislike! I've used most of the Better Than Bouillon product line over the years. All are great! And, I make my own stock but, I have at least 4 or 5 jars of BTB in the fridge at all times as a quick back up. So many uses. It's like American miso and, can be used similarly. Very long shelf life too (because of the salt) a couple of years. But the salt content is still lower than the cubes or powders (all salt, no flavor). Buy it, you'll like it!
