Great product gives instant warmth and looks good mounted on wall above utility door really good value for money

This is a fantastic product I thought at first it wasn't working but it was down to user error but the company without hesitation said they would replace it which is fantastic I went to take the unit down and realized my era and it is now working perfectly I have sent my apologies to the company but dot hesitate to buy their products

After two days stop working. The off button doesn’t work. Even remote control can’t turn it off. And no hot air coming, even press for heater.

This heater looks nice on the face of it and has good and easy to use controls. There are a few things to keep in mind: it needs to be installed 45cm from the ceiling because the air inflow is on the top of the unit, so not suitable for sheds or summer houses unless you want to install it in the middle of your wall. There is no “just keep running” function. You need to set a thermostat that goes up to 45oC. This is where I had issues. Not sure whether it was my particular unit but as soon as I would turn it on, the temperature would eventually hike to 45oC and the unit would start blowing cool air. Not ideal on a day with 12 degrees out and the temp in the room nowhere near 45 (more like 17). Also when I unpacked mine, the touchscreen was dangling behind the glass. Had to unscrew the four chrome buttons take the glass off and slide the touchscreen assembly back into place (surprisingly not permanently fixed. Just slides into a groove). Eventually got fed up and returned the item. Looks good but is cheaply made and not worth the price imho. Fan is quiet but not more than average really. Ended up getting a similar unit less than half the price from screwfix which I’m happy with.

Good heater for my garage ,I would recommend this to anyone

I had big problems finding an appropriate adapter for the two pin plug that was fitted, to convert it to our three pin plug, as the majority of the adapters are only for shavers or toothbrush charging which is fitted with a 1amp fuse. The model that was sent to me is for the continent as they use two pin.I did not want to cut off and fit a 13 amp plug three pin as if it was not suitable or even faulty it would probably not be accepted for return. So could this company refrain from sending out models with two pins. I did in the end find an adapter which cost me £11 adding to the cost and fortunately everything so far is working.
