CyeeLife Dart Repointer Tool for steel dart tips

Become addicted to darts since we got a board at home, was just an occasional pub player before but now have multiple sets of darts and wanted to try changing the points.Easy with this tool, superb piece of kit and so much cheaper than some of them out there but does exactly the same job!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but unfortunately i’ve had to give one. This cut my hands to pieces and was unable to get the dart point off.I know it is cheaper but the alan key function at the top simple doesn’t work. Would be much better with a handle like others.

Great bit of engineering but simple. Easy to use, 5*’s.

Firstly it does the job and secondly I don’t normally write reviews but thought it was needed so here goes. There are issues, for £35 it needs to be better. The bolts have to so tight to hold the point of the dart the bolts supplied rounded and the Allen key supplied is almost bending out of shape to get it tight enough. It’s nearly impossible to hold it in your hand and get a good grip to use it, in the end I had use a vice in my shed to hold it in place. Thankfully I managed to get the round bolts out and had different bolts that I used to use the device. It needs to have a handle/something to grip, bolts need to be upgraded or some form of clamp instead of hex bolts. However the device did work and I was able to change the points on my darts relatively easily once I’d over come the above issues. Hopefully all that makes sense and I’ve added some pictures. Just bear in mind that you’d have to be Geoff capes to use it in your hand and if you slip you’ve been warned. But like I say it does work. Hope the review helps
