Can you use this as a one-sided door pull instead of mounting both sides?

You would need to have a cover screw for the other side of each door. Your trim carpenter should be able to find you one, The screws are M8 metric, If you can find a M8 cover screws, then you can use this pair of handles separately - one handle on two different doors.

We're planning to prepare the decorative covers for client to change the pair of handles to be installed on one handle on two different doors, but at present this decorative covers is not yet available, two month later, it might be available, we take the time to this job.
