Nice weight
I started making sauerkraut and needed something to weigh down the cabbage. These pebbles were a better weight than other glass pebbles and I thought the design was better. I bought the smaller size to use in a widemouth jar as I read someone saying that it was really difficult to get them out. They did the job of keeping everything submerged, but I did use a large piece of cabbage leaf on the top before adding the glass pebble. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
