This book was so helpful in my studies. I highly recommend this book!

After the first couple of chapters and flicking forward to see if it improved, I got the impression it was written for school children or, at least grown ups, for whom English is a second language. If it was written for adults whose first language is English then it is downright patronising in its teaching and assumption that its readers don't know the definitions of everyday words.
