¿o no?.

Good activity and sleep tracking but too many trade offs for the price
Ok so there is lots I like about this watch but also lots I think is certainly missing for the price...Activity TrackingGreat training data available after a training session. Watch suggests what training you should do each day based on how you train and how you slept. Quite nice feature but I already have my training schedule so I will not necessarily use this.No automatic training recognition.Heart RateMore accurate than most wrist based monitors but not great - struggles with high intensity training jumping abruptly from 130 to 170 when it should have been 170 -180 all along.Sleep trackingVery good feature with in depth data, more so than on other watches I have used.Step CountingInaccurate. Grosslly overestimates how many steps you do... I mean by 2 - 3K a day. I usually wake up with around 500 steps already clocked in... I don't think I sleepwalk.Daily Activity goalsI really do not like I cannot set my own daily steps goal. There are 3 preset options and that's it.Also, there is apparently an option to get inactivity alerts if you are not moving but I never get them! It has been two weeks. This is a very important feature for me as I tent to forget to move when I focus on work ar my desk.NotificationsDo not even bother turning them on... a feature that was just added in on the last minute I think. Very underdeveloped. If you turn them on you get ALL the phone notifications e.g. if you are downloading a file your watch will be buzzing like crazy to let you know download is 57...58...59...60% complete. When I used sat nav on my phone while driving I was startled to have it buzz every 2 seconds as well.It generally just buzzes randomly from time to time and just shows No Notifications screen.... probably to say the phone was doing some background work.WatchVery simple design. Only 2 faces available, digital watch face with huge writing in case or bad eye sight I guess. Not a deal breaker though.AlarmSimple feature but I tend to rely on my wrist wake up call. Unfortunately I find that the buzzing is more heard than felt on my wrist and therefore sometimes it fails to wake me up. Also there is quite a bit of tapping to get to that function on the watch.Battery lifeI tend to charge it daily while taking a shower but from the batter use I think it would last around 4 -5 days if you disable crqzy notifications. In general, a nice sports watch but lacking (now) basic features to compete with other brands - I miss smart notifications, inactivity alerts, accurate step count and ability to set own goals.Although I really like the activity and sleep tracking data, I will probably be returning it to get a more all-round watch for this price... Shame

Sleep recharge/Stress monitoring features are great
I bought this as a present for my partner. Can't comment on full functionality as I don't use it.This gift has been very popular, a bought after some heavy research into the best value products for stress monitoring. The insight this watch gives into Pulse, Sleep Cycles, Heart Rate Variability and breathing rate as measures of general stress and wellbeing are fantastic given this device is at the lower end of the price point for smart watches. Exactly what my partner wanted as someone who doesn't exercise particularly heavily but wanted to track and improve general stress and wellbeing. The metrics are easy to understand and based on some reasonable science and research. The watch can also track more general activity like running, cycling and a host of other exercise types. I can't comment on the accuracy but I hear that the GPS tracking feature is less accurate than some models.Perfect for the purpose it was bought for - an introduction to collecting biometric data for general health and wellbeing. My partner doesn't normally wear a watch but is happily obsessed with her new gadget.

Packed with features, really good price/feature ratio
I Just received my Ignite, after setting it up I must say I really like it.I am not a runner so I don't find the screen to be fiddly. It could be a bit more responsive, but when I compare it to my FitBit Inspire HR, I find the screen as more or less the same responsiveness. The way the navigation is organised might need some getting used to, but it's quite simple once you get the hang of it.Also not being a runner I don't care for the lack of music service. For what I want it this has all the features I need.I do mainly strength training with added cardio to complement the training. The cardio rarely ever takes the shape of a walk or a cycle. What I need is the sleep track feature, the HRV/recovery feature, the ability to track heart rate and the integration with Polar Flow which then tells me whether I am overtraining or detraining. This watch has exactly these features and a few more (for example it shows you what you have planned) and for me it is a perfect fit.Although I prefer the looks of the FitBit I do like this and I do appreciate that it uses standard straps so you can easily replace them rather than breaking the bank with proprietary ones.
