What are you really looking for in your multivitamins? Ability to consume it (size, taste, etc.) and efficacy of vitamin consumption.On the ability to consume it, the size is totally fine but the smell is bad compared to other multivitamins.On the efficacy of vitamin consumption, I really have no way of telling how good this was but it did result in a neon yellow urine which according to my doctor is a result of the body removing excess vitamins and minerals. So I guess it works but just that there's so much excess.

Finally stopped wasting money on store brand
I'd been buying store brand multivitamins until I'd realized that they were full of cheap crap with little bioavailability. I'm happy I switched. These actually feel like they're doing something, which I honestly didn't expect. Better sleep more energy. Who knew!?

Okay vitamins, not too bad, but I do not know if I will buy them again as I did not feel a big difference on them. I like Animal Pak a lot more. But for the price, these are worth taking a look at.
