For many years, Delsym has been the only stuff that works. It lasts longer than the standard 4 hours for cough syrup, too. The flavor is pleasant, and the value can't be beat. Although the stuff is more expensive upfront, it also lasts three times longer than other stuff and actually works. So, in my opinion, it's worth every penny and provides much-needed cough relief.

Works great when you take it. Does it last 12 hours…not so sure. However it really helped for the first few hours. Doesn’t taste like medicine.
