These Mugs are fantastic! Just put them in the freezer for a few hours, and they keep my drink frosty and cold for hours. No need for ice cubes, so there's no dilution, and the 16 0z capacity is perfect. Great for beer, soda, or iced coffee. A must-have for anyone who loves cold drinks!

I have a lot of glassware and never thought I'd buy anything remotely related to it again, but I am so glad I purchased these mugs. I purchased them in December 2015 and have used them regularly in the weeks that have followed.Pros:1) The multi-colored handles and bottoms are not just colorful, but could be used in drink preferences or ownership. For example, I use one color for water, another for soda, and another for drinks like Martinelli's cider. That way, I always have one ready to go, no matter what I'm drinking. For families, each member could have their own mug color. Or you could just enjoy choosing the mug color of your choice.2) They really work. I love my drinks cold. When I drink my bottled water, even in winter, by halfway, it's warming up and I end up putting that one back in the fridge and grabbing a new, colder bottle. With the mug, though, I fill up the mug and my cold water stays cold. My cider stays cold. My soda stays cold. It's great. I can even do a refill and be confident that the mug will be cold.Note: my 16.9 fl. oz. bottle is more than the mug holds, so I usually have a few fluid ounces left over. Even if I wait to put those into the mug until I'm down to the end of what I've been drinking, I've found that most of the time, it's still cold to my satisfaction.Also, if you like fizz and slush, you might like this, and if you don't, you might not, but I've noticed that certain beverages when poured into the mugs create a slushy drink. Martinelli's cider does it, as does Shasta soda. Some drinks do not do it at all, so I assume it is related to how much carbonation is in the beverage, but if you don't like slush, that might be a con for these mugs.Cons:None for me as yet except for the bit of sweating the mugs do as they are out in the open. That's pretty normal, though, so it does not bother me much.Keep in mind, I've only had these for the winter months, but I have a feeling that in summertime, while they won't last as long, they will still give me a cooler drink thank in the past.The mugs are easy to hold. I followed the instructions and tips I've read in other reviews, so that I store them in my freezer, face down. I put a bit of aluminum foil at the top of the mug before putting them face down in case of drippage and because it makes me feel better, sanitation wise.A piece of advice: Make sure the mugs are dry when you put them back in the freezer. If you forget, you might discover a nice layer of ice at the top when you reach for the mug.You get four mugs, as pictured in the description, one each that is blue, green, orange, and red. They also come in individual boxes, so would make great gifts for others.

These worked well for the first few months, but after repeated washing and refreezing, the bottom has cracked on two. They leak a little once they start to thaw, kind of a slimy liquid. Otherwise they work as intended.

Keeps drinks super cold

Wow- the beverages actually froze a bit when poured into these chilled mugs. What a hit for our pool parties! Drinks were cold for nearly an hour in July with temps in the 90s outside. I need to get more!

I have used these types of freezer mugs for years to make myself a daily treat of Dr Pepper slush. I really liked my old freezer mugs for this daily treat but unfortunately the last one got broken recently. I was devastated! I was sure that I would never find new freezer mugs that would do the job as well as my old ones did. Boy, was I wrong. Not only do these new mugs make my Dr Pepper slush even faster than my old mugs, they are much better too. It used to take 2 1/2 hours after I put the cold Dr Pepper into the frozen mug and then put the mug back into the freezer for my Dr Pepper to get "slushy". With the new mugs the process takes exactly 1/2 of the time (1 1/4 hours) PLUS there are none of the "hard" spots in the slush that I used to get with my old mugs. Needless to say I am very happy with these freezer mugs!
