Is this easy to fringe?

If you have decent tools yes. I struggle to fringe any macrame cord as I don't have the proper tools, just a metal comb & a cat brush! They get the job done but not as easily as they should.

Will one be enough to make a full door curtain

If you're making it with very few knots (like mostly just hanging string) then yes, but if you want it with lots of pattern then I'd get at least two. Mine lasted me a large pillow and a few planters

The reviews on here are very good, but All are for Beige. Has anyone tried any of the other colours, and is the white a nice pure white or off-white ?

I have only bought cream/white cord from Amazon and I find that it's lovely to work with.
