Motherboard
Amazing motherboard, does exactly what I need it to. Its easy to set up and use tons of usb ports from this stable board. I dont use the wifi cause I have it hard wired in, has great features too.

I am glad that I chose this board as an upgrade.
I absolutely had no issues with installing this motherboard into my case. simple, clear to understand pins and the motherboard is performing admirably. NOTE: you will need a GPU in order to use the onboard graphics of this board. I am glad that I chose this board as an upgrade.

So far so good
I've been using it for two weeks now with a R5 5600G, AMD RX6600, crucial ballistic ram 16gb 3200 MHz and crucial NVME SSD. I came from an Asrock B450m Pro4 motherboard which had a fault (I later realized it was due to a defective PC case USB 3.0 port. I don't know if it's because of the previous faulty motherboard but the startup times have improved a lot and I can definitely feel the improvement from PCIe3 to PCIe4 with the graphics card and SSD.I got it on a discount for $92. It's a shame that motherboards have gotten so expensive as I got my previous one for around $70. However this one has great VRMs and an integrated backplate (plus big heatsinks) so for the price it was actually a great deal! I am still very happy with the AM4 platform in 2024 and intend on keep using it for at least 4 more years. In terms of durability I feel it'll be pretty good as it's definitely built with good components, my Asrock motherboard is probably working good still but I took it as excuse to upgrade as well!

Good price, works with Linux
The board works well. We did encounter a couple of problems while setting it up.First, there was a message about something being corrupted related to the AMD version of TPM. When we pressed the indicated keys, nothing happened. We tried rebooting the system, but the error stayer. Then we removed all power for a few seconds. When we powered it back up, it had the same error, but it DID respond to keystrokes.Next, it wouldn't boot to Linux. This was the existing install which worked OK on the old motherboard. The BIOS recognized the multiple boot failures, and suggested letting it set standard defaults. We did that, and it booted to Linux. The old Gigabyte motherboard lasted 11 years before flakiness started occurring, and I expect this will last that long, too.

Good
I have to say, it's quite impressive for its price point, the build quality is solid, and it offers a good range of features that cater to both casual and enthusiast builders. The BIOS is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to tweak settings and get everything running smoothly. It has plenty of connectivity options, including multiple USB ports and slots for various expansions, which is a big plus.Performance-wise, it handles everything I throw at it without a hitch. My system runs smoothly, and I haven't encountered any stability issues so far. The only thing is that the onboard audio could be better. It's decent, but audiophiles might want to invest in a separate sound card for the best experience.

Don’t listen to the negativity online
Works perfectly out of the box with my Ryzen 5 5600x and rtx 3060 ti. Don’t listen to Reddit or other community things if you want a basic build. This motherboard is perfect for a basic gaming rig. 10/10 period lol. The only drawback for today is that it’s still a windows 10 device. Which is expected if you’re getting a motherboard that’s a “B550” or below. Great product though.

stable at reasonable oc---update
I bought one of these and sent it back, the reset switch did not work. The ps2 port doesn't work on this board, but I can live with that. Hope it doesn't mean something else will fail later.Put a 5700x in it and running 16 threads at 4.4 gigs with temps between 60 and 65f.I run distributed computing and all threads run at 100% for hours and hours.Installation has the usual problems but there was nothing major. This one is a 1.4 revision. This board has screws for m2 mounting and not the plastic securing devices. The bios is relatively easy to navigate and has many overclocking settings.Buying, shipping was through Amazon and painless. The return of the first was easy as well.Check the specs for the rest. Easy buy, easy install and running like a charm, what can I say.Minus one star for the ps2 port.UPDATE: I have never updated a revue before but this device needs one. My replacement mobo has developed the same problems as the first and more. It just took longer for them to appear, they showed up after the 30 day return period. One mobo with problems is not a big deal, but when the replacement has the same problems and more is not a good indication of the manufacturers quality. Now I am stuck with a mobo that has more problems than the first and I cannot easily return the board. I have returned mobos to their manufacturer before and know what a head ache that is. I am really disappointed with gigabyte which I have used for many years. The next time I update my computers I will not automatically pick gigabyte.
