I really wanted to have Touchless Automatic Soap Dispenser, but my wife likes to have the kitchen as clean as possible so any item I want to add has to go through her. I am glad that I found this one. Not that it works well, nice design, competitive price, the Stainless Steel color blends perfectly with the kitchen sink.

I've had two of these for 2 years now. They are great little things to have but unfortunately their chapter has come to a close.They worked perfectly up until the 2 year mark. They now do not dispense soap, just a flashing red light and no sound. I've tried cleaning them out per the user manual and still nothing.Like other reviewers have mentioned, the soap cap also has corrosion and turned green. I will also mention that the battery door is incredibly hard to remove the battery from. If you get these I recommend a plastic spuge tool to remove the batteries. Pretty bad design though.If you do purchase this I recommend using NiMH rechargeable batteries, and also clean your dispenser when you change the batteries. If you ask me though, no soap dispenser should require this much time and effort only to break in 2 years.

I've posted pics of the first unit I was sent. It was pretty gross. Of course I was upset and wanted to let the world know. I did contact the seller on the issue and they were very apologetic and without asking me, they just sent a replacement unit. They owned up to the mistake and corrected it. Kudos for that.Now that I had a chance to use a proper unit. I have to say, for the price, this item is a gem. I have 5 automatic soap dispensers all different brands and styles. I use each for different purposes. This unit is going in the kitchen and dispense dish soap. The color matches my stainless appliances perfectly.It's a little on the smaller side but thats not a big issue for me.It does take batteries and the battery compartment is on the bottom. It doesn't seem like a water tight closure and this will be sitting by my kitchen sink. I will have to monitor and make sure water isn't getting in the battery compartment.I really like the sensor on this thing. You actually have to place your hand under the spout for it to dispense. I have another dispenser I use for lotion and if you walk by it, it dispenses. So far each time my hand goes under, it's worked. No waiving my hand by it 3-4 times before it senses.It's a solid unit. It feels durable. I'm not sure if it's actually stainless steel as described, it feels plastic.I will update if I have any future problems with the battery compartment or the sensor.Overall, this is a nice product, especially for the price. It's also coming from a quality seller who is willing to correct any issues. You really can't go wrong here. Buy it!

I absolutely love this product. I've always wanted a fancy soap dispenser lol we've had so many soap dispensers in the past but this passes them by far. I'm actually gonna go ahead and buy him for the rest of the house today was a trial to see how we liked it. I told my husband we're moving up to the East Side getting all fancy and stuff all the most of our products are kind of fancy but still I love This soap dispenser it was very easy to put together.

It's really an amazing product it looks great on my bathroom sink and has worked flawlessly for months. I love the design because it is much easier to use with the batteries in the bottom. It has several different settings so you can dispense a small amount of soap or large depending on what your needs are, I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family

The supplier just refunded my order from February without me even asking for it. That was a very kind and pleasant experience. I can't remember anybody ever doing that for me. So, I just ordered another soap dispenser. Maybe it will last longer. When I bought this soap dispenser in February, it was $3 cheaper than the current price. Another inflation casualty.-----------------------I've probably ordered close to a dozen of these soap dispensers over the years and I think nearly all them died in less than six months. This one has somehow failed due to the battery compartment. The springs inside the battery compartment get squashed or the wires from the compartment broke somehow. When I wiggle the batteries, it works for a few seconds, but when I put the lid back on it, it stops working. Ugh.Usually, there is a small section of plastic tubing that gets flattened and won't dispense any soap. I'm going to buy yet another one even though I know it will probably break prematurely. These soap dispensers are seemingly disposable. I usually take them apart when they fail so that I can put most of it into the recycled trash. My neck hurts too much to fix them.

I bought this for the price, but it works GREAT! It was easy to set up and it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space with its’ slim size! The sensor eye is in a good spot and works like it should!It looks very good too!

I had to return the first one I bought due to the prong around the battery breaking. No big deal really, the replacement came quick enough and was good! Worked perfectly after we learned how to use the sensor (to avoid getting too much soap).I've had it just over two months and it's dead. I've replaced the batteries twice just in case there was a bad bunch and it still isn't working.Too bad because I really did like it
