Tricky one, works beautifully and functions as it should. The only thing my daughter does find is that the battery isn’t the best but not the end of the world - just be it does drain pretty quick! especially as it is a restored one. Wish I had got her one with larger memory but with apple iCloud we have got round that

The battery for this product lasted for three months. I deliberately did not opt for the cheapest option on Amazon hoping that spending extra money would get a better product. Wrong!! Very quickly I started to have issues with the battery which was charged every night and lasted around 1 hour the following day. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. They in turn booked me to visit my local Apple store. The end result I had to pay £78 for the battery to be replaced. The other option was send back the damaged ipod, get a refund, then purchase another, possibly damaged product. I'm happy to say the Apple store replaced the broken ipod, and the new one works perfectly. I can even download movies onto it unlike the one purchased from this seller on Amazon. I have to say I'm really not impressed with this product at all, and in future will not purchase electronics of any sort from the internet.
