Bought to make my own non dairy and non sugar muesli. Soaked overnight with lots of grains,fruit and seeds added makes a wonderfulinstant breakfast.

Soak for 10 minutes with boiling water then add milk and simmer to make a nice low GI porridge
If your diabetic this doesn't raise your blood sugar like oat porridge does, tasty too
