Repair shop use
I run an independent repair shop and use these for new motor oil in 0W-20 (55 gal. drum), 5W-30 (55 gal. & 210L drum) and 5W-40 (210L drum) Synthetic motor oil grades. The pumps work flawlessly and were very easy to assemble. Tighten the plunger shaft nut after being slightly lubricated with whatever you're pumping to prevent further leaking.

Manual water pump
The cost was good and the product does what is advertised. I found the manual pump effective with filling my water bottle.

works ok
Pump piston was jammed out of the box. Had to do some work to get it to pump freely. It still intermittently jams, but basically works ok. I suspect not for long, it has a tendency to bend the pump shaft when it sticks. Would not recommend this particular unit in a production setting.

The box arrived open It was not taped shut.
The barrel has a dent in it. You can feel it when you pump the piston. We do not think it will last very long.

Would not stay primed, top pump gasket came apart
Unfortunately I had to prime this pump before both uses, which made it worthless. I filled my 1.5 gallon gas can twice and and the second time the gasket at the top of the pump started to pull out on the handle down stroke. Gasket failed, it would not stay primed, would pump very little. My pump seemed defective.Opting for Tera pump instead. This was disappointing and frustrating, given I followed the instruction sheets that came with it.

Broken pump, bad customer service
Pump worked for 1 week then the casting at the top where the plunger goes in broke. I spoke withe the manufacturer and they said they would ship a replacement when in stock. I've attempted to contact a number of times since then with no response.

The product was not completed. Leaks fluid everywhere
