My favourite of the Alpecin products, I've noticed a thickness in my hair nothing crazy but certainly noticeable product I also prefer the smell of this products to the original Alpecin caffeine shampoo.Recurring purchase for me a little goes a long way don't go crazy

I do think it helps with reducing hair loss just a small out, but certainly do not stop it. As a shampoo its good smells nice cleans well.

Great shampoo, feels good on your hair. Hair is stronger and have less loss.

Have used every other day for a month or so now. First time I used it I could feel it reacting on my scalp. Less hair fall, although sometimes it can make my hair feel a little flat if I use it all the time.
