Really good for the money
Arrived safely was concerned at first as it was packed in generic packaging.But on opening and setting up was really pleased the laptop looked like it was brand new, not a mark on it.Quick and easy to setup just few updates required before use ..Couple of months on only one hic-cup where I had to reset the laptop but only took 30-40 mins chose the option to reset and keep my files and settings much to my relief/amazement it did exactly that.For the money I paid for this if had brought new at this price point it would of been a flimsy low spec machine.Really pleased with this purchase.

Broken after a month
The laptop broke down just after a month we bought it, without any obvious reason. After a month and a half since we returned it, the refund is still pending and we haven't heard from Amazon in more than a month now.Very disappointed.

All good
All good with this Laptop. We use this model at work so I knew what to expect in terms of performance etc. I was also pleased to do the warranty check and find it is a genuine, Dell warranty for 12 months. A PC is only as good as it's warranty! It also went up to Win 11 in a heartbeat and I've been using it for over a month and no issues. It's second user so you may get a scratch, or the remnants of a sticky label etc. but I bought it to work, not win beauty prizes!

Fingerprint sign-in not working
I set up the fingerprint sign-in several times, but each time I try to unlock the laptop with my finger it always shows "your fingerprint couldn't be recorgnised". This is one of the reasons I bought the laptop. Sadly, it isnt working. I was able to upgrade to windows 11 which is really cool. All else seems okay for now.

Professionalism and supportive
Highly recommended seller!!! This is the second time I purchase from this seller. 100% satisfied. This time the laptop I purchased showed an issue during setup. I send it back and they fixed it without second thoughts. Very gentle and supportive.

Very good condition but...
All seems in very good condition. No scratches or marks. Good clear screen. Fast processing.Update.Within a month it began to crash. By the third time it could no longer recognise the hard drive. Seller responded quickly and returned and refund provided promptly. 2 star due to good customer service.

Absolutely awful
I’ve had no end of issues with this laptop. It doesn’t switch on most of the time and it needs rebooting a million times and I’ve had to reset it so many times. Blue screen of death 95% of the time

Performance
I love that it is true to specification but battery and charging adaptor very poor not even the quality that can be trusted. Lastly the laptop was repainted and the paints fails starting from week one. screen sometimes behave funny......overall it's manageable
