Sof Sole Insoles Men's ATHLETE Performance Full-Length Gel Shoe Insert

I have been down the indoor rabbit hole of late, trying to find the best kind for my stability running shoes. The shoes provide support, so I’m not looking at orthotic insoles. Orthotics plus stability shoe equals overcorrection. Anyways…These insoles work well for jogging. Here’s why:1. They’re very soft with good energy return. Not hard or rigid at all.2. There is arch support but it’s not stiff or too high, which is what I want since my feet are fairly flat.3. They’re thick enough to get the job done, but not so much so as to make my shoes feel tight.4. I can feel the gel in the heel and forefoot providing rebound and cushioning. I have no foot pain if I jog with these in the shoes.5. The top cloth is moisture-wicking and doesn’t make my feet slip around.6. They are designed with a heel cup, instead of just a slab of foam under the heel. That contouring helps stabilize my feet during the gait cycle, controlling unwanted side-to-side motion.7. They’re a good value. They’re well constructed and seem like they’ll be very durable, extending the life of my jogging shoes. With these, I’m hoping to get a solid year of jogging out of those shoes (possible, since I only use them for jogging).All told, this is a great product for those of us who need extra cushioning and a little arch support added to our shoes for athletic activity. It’s not a substitute for an orthotic when one is needed, but I do think it’s the best product of its kind.

I play pickleball almost every night and my feet are often sore after playing. I tried these for the first time today and after playing for 3 hours my feet are not sore! These are great!

These were great for basketball for a few months but they wear out and break down inside after about 6 months of use, playing 3 days a week. Pretty good arch support and easy to cut into the right size.

Lasts long and makes me feel great while walking the whole Airport in DFW

These are by far the best inserts I've tried so far. Comfortable foam with arch support that fit in the shoe without trimming. I walked almost 10 miles at the state fair with these inserts in a pair of Bruno Marc loafers that have minimal arch support without blisters or my feet getting tired. The only slight mark down would be the orange color - I wish they came in black so it wouldn't show the dirt. I go barefoot much of the time and then put the Bruno's on without socks when going somewhere. I guess if you wear socks all the time it wouldn't be a problem. Highly recommended.

Great "lightweight" barefoot insoles, until you DOUBLED the price!!I'm unable to wear barefoot shoes with flat soles, so I went with these. Not great, but just enough to be comfortable... Now a $13 insole is $25 2 months later.. Removed purchase after large price increase..
