It looks tidy. it's easy to use. It packs surprisingly small yet fits the hitch with ease. My jockey wheel sits very high when the caravan is in storage and it's no issue at all. For the money you can't ask for more.Only just received the item so only time will tell on how long it will last but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't.

This hitchlock is SO much better than our old one: very sturdy, fits our new caravan towing hitch perfectly & is easy-peasy to lock with a strong key.We wanted it before we went away & it came very promptly. We are delighted: well done guys!
