This worked quite well till now. This is a bit economical thn the API chlorine erase. Works quite well

Works well to remove chlorine after treating Purigen with bleach. Tested with a chlorine test kit - the results were fine.

After using it for almost a year, I have come to realize that this product color my water. Maybe because it has short shelf life. The chemical itself turns tinted or yellowish in the bottle after storing for one month. I always purchase the bigger bottles.

Eventually from like 3 months, 1 or the 2 guppies per week kept dying until now, all the 4 corydoras, 12 guppies from my tank are dead.The product claims containing aloe vera as one of the ingredients, so a little foam was normal for such kind of product when mixed with water, but even when adding adequate quantity, it was toxic to my fishes or either I didn't remove chlorine from the water. (Which was the purpose I bought it for) Now my fish tank is absolutely empty and I can't even do anything, no returns.If this product worked for others, this particular was a defective piece, i didn't realise until the fishes died and I kept medicating, but no use.
