I have to say, I was extremely hesitant to buy a shower head from an off brand on Amazon. My contractor needed the shower head while we were away and I had really no choice, so I bought this hoping it would be ok with limited expectations. This was an incredible purchase, I am so pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of this shower head. It’s perfect in every way. Looks great, it’s adjustable and the hand shower is perfect. It’s been over 3 months and we are still loving it. Don’t be afraid to buy this shower installation kit. Absolutely fantastic!!!!

Although this is spa like, it’s a little too close to the wall for my liking but it is what it is. I also ran out of a 50 gal hot water tank fast. However, I learned to just adjust to pressure so it’s not pouring down on me all the time and it has been great.

OK, I wanted to leave a review of this product because of the mixed reviews that I read. Hopefully this will help someone else make an informed decision. One of the main issues I noticed in the reviews was that the item leaked in multiple places mainly because it was not American pipe thread standards. I noticed in the reviews that most of the people who said this were from 2020 and earlier. I decided to take a chance because I could always return it through Amazon. The first thing I did was try my brass fittings in the threads and they fit perfectly. When I opened the book it specifically said that they were American pipe threads, Specifically 1/2 14 NPT. So I'm assuming this problem was corrected.The only other complaints that I saw were that the finish peeled. I purchased the oil rubbed bronze and it appears to be a fairly durable finish so far. I must say that the valve and each of the pieces is much heavier and solid than I expected. It appears to be much better quality than the lower priced name brand items that are mainly plastic. The plastic cover over the mixing valve for rough in, even has built-in levels to help with mounting and the valve itself has a trimmable front edge to make sure it lines up perfectly with your tile. I honestly cannot find the first thing wrong with it and I have been in residential and commercial building maintenance for most of my life and I am in my 50s now.

I like the color and material good

They start off looking great but the covers do not last! The paint chips and peels and looks horrible. I messaged the seller and explained my situation and their response was that my warranty was up and there was nothing they can do. I understand a warranty period but when I am purchasing a shower kit my expectation is that it will last several years as it is difficult to replace. I followed up with the seller and asked if it was possible to purchase the handle covers separately. I am willing to pay for them because they look horrible! Their response was that they do not sell them separately. My only option to replace a cover that costs them $1 is for me to purchase the entire kit for over $80. Don’t waste your money unless you want the cover and handle to start peeling and chipping after a year of use. If you do buy from this seller I hope you don’t have any issues with your product because if you do, good luck. The sellers customer service is terrible and they will not work with you to fix your problem.Also, shortly after installing I had to replace the shower head. Yes, the pressure and water flow was great. But it was too strong.. I have a brand new 40 gallon hot water heater and I realized after about 5 minutes in the shower my hot water would run out. There is nothing regulating the water flow and you will run out of hot water very fast!
