This company fixed issues right away!
This and another (larger) carousel that I received initiatlly both were broken upon arrival. However, return was easy and my replacements arrived quickly. I love both the small and large carousel. Beautiful! Sturdiness....we shall see but so far I love the product and the customer service.

Order at last
Finally a convenient way to organize daily use condiments on table. Liked the size as it didn't obstruct the whole table. Very convenient. Did have a slight problem with assembly. Had to redrill the hole for turntable screw.

Assembly issues and warped
I was looking forward to having such a classy look on my counter. We had trouble with assembly. The screw doesn't work correctly so we modified the screw mount and then glued it into the platform. Took a few tries. It wabbles. Turns out the bamboo is warped. So disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. The screw didn’t screw in. We had to use glue.
