MK3/S print area: 9.8 × 8.2 × 8.2 inches / 250 × 210 × 210 mm You have to turn of the skirt to get the full area, generally figure 0.2 inches (about 5 mm) smaller in X and Y directions.

Is this listing for S or the S+, the description goes back and forth. Also, is the warranty still honored?

My warranty was still honored, and there are only small differences between them in the printed parts, and the older references were most likely for the S, but the new units should be s+
