Easy to install and great idea in high humidity locations
I have a couple of commercial style washrooms on my property that gets used a lot. Having the long nut that screws onto the bolts is perfect for high moisture and humidity areas to prevent rust from building up the bolts. After installing them for the first time, I'm happy with the results as they are very sturdy and I'm looking forward to seeing how long they will stay tightened.

Easy to install
We paid just under thirty dollars for this seat. Between the quality and what I consider to be a fair price, I would recommend this to family and friends - therefore 5 stars. I notice that the price is cheaper today, so it might be one of those items that fluctuates in price a lot - so keep an eye on it & get a better deal than I did :-)This seat was a bear to install, due to tight spot that our toilet stool is located in. In addition, we have a different type of stool - that is all one piece in design rather than the detachable tank with stool, so there was no room for my husband to work. He tried, said some bad words, & gave up. I'm pretty hand, but have never installed a toilet seat before, but figured I might as well try. After all, I had all of the necessary qualities I'm tiny, so I could fit in the work space (although it was a bit claustrophobic) and I have tiny hands that could fit in the concealed space that the plastic nuts would have to go in order to go on the bolts. My husband was in a bit of a mood, so I watched the video on Amazon. Honestly, this job is pretty self-explanatory, but I watched the video just so I wouldn't have to squeeze into the workplace twice if it turned out that I couldn't figure it out. This was a easy job. In our case, it was a challenge, because of the tight area, but the install itself was a snap. Anybody can do this. I am happy with the seat & can't hope noticing that it, so far, has no 'wobble'.I would like to point out that we installed this in a bathroom that my son (a lid-slammer) uses for doing his business and then washing his hands. Because it comes with no lid (which is what we wanted), it would probably not be sanitary to install this seat in a restroom where toothbrushes, bath towels, etc. are kept out in the open - toilets tend to distribute a fine mist in your bathroom when flushed. We are happy with our purchase (paid around 28 dollars) of the black seat. It is heavy (literally - it has some serious weight to it) & appears durable. We chose black, because my son has disabilities that result in him being messy in the restroom (which is why he has his own bathroom) & is on medication that can cause stains - we're hoping the black seat will not stain or at least not show stains as much as the white ones we've had in the past have. I'm sorry if this is too much info for those of you that this doesn't apply to, but I felt obligated to mention it, because there may be those out there that are struggling with similar issues & frequent replacement of toilet seats drains the wallet after a while.Happy with purchase. If we have any problems, I'll be sure to update. Otherwise, you can assume that we found this to be stain-resistant, durable, long-lasting, & not wobbly.Update: We have not had to tighten this seat up (after several months), which is extremely unusual for seats used by my son. My son tends to 'plop' down - he can't lower himself gently with his disabilities. A handicap rail helps slow him down, but he still manages to rough up his seats. In addition, my husband used this seat (other bathroom was out of commission for a couple of days) and my husband (who has gained back all of the weight that he'd managed to lose) commented that this seat was comfortable for him. This is coming from a man who has been insisting that someone must have moved the arms on his dining room chair closer together and that the car seat somehow shrank. So, it evidently works well for big guys.
