Not as it appears
This machete looks much better than it appears in reality. It was used to chop a branch under 2 inches thick, and a chunk of the blade came out. The material of the blade is obviously not resilient and is definitely not steel, while the case was the best thing about the product. One star was given only because of the requirement by Amazon.

Lasted 3 days
I used this machete for cutting limbs from trees after falling with chain saw for clean up. On day one I was so impressed, well balanced and razor sharp made short work of cleaning up the limbs. I was sure this was going to be at least a 4 star not 5 because of that thin cheesy strap for the scabbard. Day two I noticed a chip missing from the blade and day three another chip missing behind the first. I was so impressed with the Bully Machete and soooo disappointed with the quality. Don’t buy this misleading beauty.
