Thorn Proof Gardening Men & Women Gloves Breathable Flexible 8(Medium)

Good thick leather work gloves, excellent for the price.

I got these specifically for working on rose bushes and after trimming a couple of them back I have yet to be stuck by any thorns. I haven't done anything stupid like wrapping my hands around a stem and gripping tightly to test them to be sure, all I've done is just work with them as they've been meant to be worked with and so far they have worked perfectly and I would recommend them for any work around thorny bushes!

I use gloves a lot, but nobody could tell the size... I ordered Medium figuring I could give them away if too small ..or hate them if too large. I like gloves that fit snug. For me, they are the skin on my hands. White Ox logger's gloves are good, but hide gives me more direct contact when handling tools.The photo will give you an idea of the size. The second photo also shows a Lg pair of famous brand gloves that are remarkably similarly sized ..but are tight at the cuff. The finger lengths of both brands are quite similar. The others have a 'wear pad' on the inside at the base of the fingers. I often find these lose stitches and fail sooner than other parts of the glove.These gloves are simple but well stitched. The leather is a tick thinner than the others in the photo, but sometimes gloves can be too stiff. For me, I would rather pay less and not get upset when I throw them out.When I wear a hole in these ...I still must have done some good work.Jim

We have a outside wood furnace that I fill up and need a good quality glove thats able to stand up to the rough treatment, haven't had these long but so far they are doing an excellent job. I put a pair of jersey gloves in first so the glove is a snug fit, if it doesn't fit snug I lose the glove in the fire. The medium size is a little large for me (but the inner glove makes it a snug fit), but is too small for my husband, he would need the large. This is an excellent price.

I have not used these gloves yet but they feel nice and strong and the leather is soft. They are very large for my hands and the fingers are very long too. I ordered medium. I probably should have gotten small. I wear size 7 ladies shoes and thought medium was average size but wasn't sure how to figure the glove size. Cheaper cotton gloves tend to run small.

Stiff, and finger seams are on the inside, which is uncomfortable because of the stiff leather.

These are my favorite gardening gloves EVER.I purchased the medium ,they fit my husband and I perfectly !They run large .I have long nails but the fingers were long enough and they fit my husbands. The rose thorns will not go thru and they can take a beating.We are doing major remodeling and gardening changes and these are holding up .The leather is soft and comfortable but strong.You will love them! UPDATE :I have purchased 4 pairs -awesome

Comfortable gloves for removing sticker bushes, thorny brush & stubborn grape vines. No more stopping to pull thorns out of my hands Would order again but they’re still in great shape!! Will use them a long time-great purchase!
