I use HF wands regularly in my beauty salon. I must say I am impressed that this products has BOTH argin and neon gas electrodes, plus body electrode, plus it came with a good quantity of gauze for the face.I bought a different brand initially and it xame with only the 3 dace electrodes and hair one and all with neon gas which is not helpful if you want to treat acne or inflammation you need the violet ones fyi. No body attachment or chin attachment or gauze with that ine and it was fouble the price.Overall I am impressed. If it lasts as much as the other one then these are far more recommended!!

The hair comb brush is missing from the box and there is no return policy so there is no way of getting money back or a replacement

I was really nervous using this for the first time because the sound it makes us pretty intimidating but it’s one of my favourite skin care devices. It does a great job of helping clear your skin but beware it cause a little purging, which is a good thing but fairly annoying. Use it on a low setting until you build confidence and give all the attachments a try. I’m a big fan of the roller and comb as well as the one that’s typically used for the face

I bought this back in March 2023. Never got round to using it . Opened it and used it today ( the hair comb was missing and I managed to use it but now it won't turn on ! Dissapointed! .

This gadget exceeded my expectations. It is well made and good value. Definately effective at drying spots although I do think it is suited to oiler skin types. I have dry sensitive skin and I over used it the first time, which irritated my skin barrier. Now I only use it on spots and not all over my skin. Also the customer service was very good.

Received my product with none of the electrodes working

The metal part got stuck in the device and doesn’t come out so it’s useless and there’s no way to contact them and it’s not eligible for return so can’t get money back

Loved it to start with and easy to use, but after just a few uses the metal connection on one of the attachments broke off inside the unit and I can't get it out so now the whole item is unusable. Really disappointed when it's not a cheap product
