Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our boat has wood doors that slide wood against metal rails. No wheels. Over the years the sliding action became very stiff and required a grease-like lubricant to slide with reasonable effort. But the stuff was messy and could get on deck shoes which would then track the material into the boat. We got a small roll of this thick tape and stuck it down on the track. The wood doors now slide effortlessly and there is zero mess. Not sure how long the tape will last but it's easy to apply so when it wears out we'll just reapply it. Good stuff and glad we found it as it solved what had been a challenging, potentially dangerous problem. Recommended if you have to reduce friction between two sliding surfaces.

Love it! Wood on wood drawers in the kitchen now slide nicely even with weight. Built a laundry basket rack, and the baskets slide right in and out. One of those little things that is a real quality of life improvement. Wife wants to add "finger hearts".

This stuff is my new favorite tape. I sing to myself while I use it because I love it so much. I bought it to protect my bike frame from a kickstand mounting bracket. It works much better than helicopter tape for that. I've begun adapting for use other places too. It's so smooth and tough. It's relatively flexible for the protection it provides.

Great durability & low friction with unreliable adhesive. Tape glued to flat surface remains attached and effective. Tape bent to cover the outside of a 90 degree sharp edge came loose.

Had an old dresser i was getting ready to throw out because the drawers were so hard to open and close, but once we put this tape on the bottoms of the drawers, i can close them easily. Great stuff!

Excellent tape. Durable and easy to use. I needed to line the bottom edges of a custom hardwood cable cover I was making from a piece of oak. The cover was going over a finished hardwood floor and I did not want to scratch the floor while and after I installed it, yet I needed it to easily move slightly to adjust it while installing. This turned out to be perfect for this project. Great value for this quality tape!

I use this to improve the seal on my Spike Flex+ fermenter. I ferment under pressure and this improves the sealing of the lid on my Spike Flex+. I use it on the inside of the band that goes around the lid. Great product and fast delivery.

First, the product arrived on time, and for what it promises, a very good price. Installation was simple and straightforward. I had re-purposed a two door/one drawer furniture piece with two side slide rails where the single drawer was a problem. The drawer travel at first was almost impossible, with sticking and pulling and heavy friction. Once I had applied a strip of the UHMW tape to each flat rail, and inserted the drawer, it was just dream-like that way the tape facilitated travel. Can't speak to longevity at this time, but it sure looks promising as far its function. This product is just a great solution. I have plans to add the tape to a number of other pieces of furniture at a our summer camp. Nice and easy solution!
