I love this! I hate drinking collagen, the tablets get pretty expensive and the powder finishes so quickly. These a one a day and I love them. Okay, they're a bit tart, very lemon sour tart. But, I love tart lemons, so they work for me. A good wake-up for your mouth! My nails are growing faster after just one bottle. I also have less joint pain in my hands. The price is reasonable compared to other brands, I'm glad I found these. Try them and see if they help you too.

I saw where it was more Biotin than collagen and I really wanted and needed it for muscle mass. I decided I am going to take 2 a day vs 1 I can’t tell any noticeable difference but maybe I’ll feel it in a few weeks, it is kind of on the sweet side

When first smelling the inside of the bottle I wasn't sure what the taste was going to be, pleasantly surprised that they had a good lemonly taste.

I didn’t do enough research before buying this product. It tastes great but I noticed that there’s only 100 mg in each gummy. To even make a dent you need between 10 and 15 GRAMS to even show any difference in skin quality.
