Really works! If you stick to it!!
I have done this before it is a great way to motivate yourself for healthy eating and weight loss it really does work but you have to stick to it it's quite a strict routine but the results are pretty amazing it's a gateway to motivate yourself get yourself into a good frame of mind and then continue healthy eating when the days are up. unfortunately like many have said there was no measuring Beaker or tape measure but is definitely worth a go if you are going to stick to it!
