I love it! I had not been getting good rest because of the discomfort and pain of my compression garment digging into my skin and rolling down through the night. I received my ab board yesterday and immediately felt relief upon placing it under my compression garment. It has been 10 days since my surgery and last might was the first time I slept thru the night. I feel refreshed and well rested this morning! I only wish I'd have bought it sooner!

I love this product it really works. The problemIs that within a week it starts to open on the sides and blue sand starts coming out from the board. It’s the second time I purchase it and it happens within a week. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the item was misleading. I received the order on July 9th. I wore it daily of course because I had my lipo done . I’m July 16 I started noticing this blue sandy material on my garment and realized it was the board.Aside from the material being poorly made , it does not hold its shape, which after a lipo you know the point of the board is to offer compression an no indentation.

It really help with compression.
