Chef's Quality: Maraschino Cherries No Stem 1 Gallon

I am a caterer and the jar was almost fifty percent juice with a little more than half cherries, not right.

though the shipping was slow it was worth it to see my brothers face when he opened it. its a long time christmas inside joke.

I'm not a maraschino cherry expert, and I bought these for an ice cream sundae fundraiser, not a business. But I thought they tasted great, and most of the cherries were full and round. I took off one star because the juice really stained my fingers as I poured them out throughout the afternoon and spooned them out for others. But that kind of staining might be normal for anything with food coloring in it, so take that for a grain of salt if you know more about maraschino cherries. I will definitely buy these for the next fundraiser!
