I used to have feather toppers on one of my guest room beds. The unfortunate things about them is they do flatten out over time and don't provide the support needed for a good nights sleep. I found this egg crate topper and decided to give it a try. BAM - worked great! My daughter who was visiting who has a bad back gave it 10 thumbs up! Beats buying a new mattress.

I had a different topper for my son's bed... he was itchy and scratchy. We changed everything - come to find out it was the last topper he had. I got this for him and now he has no more itching.

Start off saying it's definitely 4 inches or pretty close I had my baby help hold to take the picture so it's a little off. This Mattress topper popped right up in minutes and was even all around, we didn't sleep on it or put the sheets/ bedding on it for the day just let it "decompress" So It's thick definitely thick. I specifically went with the aloe because I purchased this same one in the smaller like 1.5in twin for my daughters bed and love the way it smells ( Not all gross and chemically like other foams toppers) and the extra comfort it provides her 8" (more like 6-7") memory foam bed. anyways our matteress is only a couple years old and was crazy expensive but already was getting unbearably uncomfortable. This topper is thick, it's Squishy, it's nice, but I think it's a bit too thick for a beat down pillow top. You sink right into it. Though I will say I am getting a better night sleep and have less pain now, though it's hard to get on and off the bed as it eats you. This topper would do best on an ultra firm mattress or depleted memory foam. Just not a pillow top in which I suggest going for a less thick one. Unless you are into the whole eating alive softness thing (some people are and that's ok). That being said we will still use this until our thinner one arrives and then move this out to our thin hard camper bed in which this topper does beautifully. Might even try some of the other scents as the lavender is calling to me. Needless to say I love this company and will always recommend and order from. As twice now I've received exactly what was ordered package well and smells great.

Very well priced for the thickness and size. Works well and adds comfort to our current bed. My wife is very happy with this topper.

This mattress foam was purchased for an elderly couple, and they love it. It's the right amount of firmness and it is very comfortable for them. Would be again.

Makes a HUGE difference if you like cushion that molds to your contours. No more stiff joints. It does take a couple days to fully expand, although I used it right out of the box. Even then it made a big difference. After a few nights it is like sleeping on a cloud.
