Does what it's supposed to
I've not been getting much sleep with my mask, with the leaks and "farts". So, I saw these and decided to try them. They work! The glue stays sticky and doesn't make a mess. I checked with my machine to make sure I had the "green" happy face and no "red" sad face. And I never had any reds the whole night! I only had 1.2 events as well! Now, last night was the first night, but if the other nights are like it, it's worth the $25!

Stopped the whistling!
The husband has a beard and a CPAP machine. He wasn’t getting a good mask seal at night, and the whistling of air coming out of the sides of the mask was keeping me awake night after night- to a point where I was sleeping on the sofa, frustrated, resentful, and ready to scream. That’s when I found out about mask liners and discovered these. They are perfect! There’s 4 little sticky tabs that hold the liner in place, but they can be adjusted easily, and replaced easily when needed. The liner fills the little gaps between the beard and the mask so there’s NO NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG! It’s not hot on his face and doesn’t trap moisture or oils against his skin. There’s no bunched up fabric, and no marks on his face in the morning. They typically last 3-4 weeks before they need to be replaced, so one package of 4 will last a while. I now consider these to be a marriage/sanity saver. It’s worth the money for BOTH of us to sleep well at night.

It's an annoying process, but you CAN wash these
I have sensory problems and can't stand the feeling of the silicone cushion touching my face. The fabric on these is very comfortable. The masks with the elastic, the fabric bunches and the cushion pops off the mask really easy. I've tried probably 6 or 7 other options and this one suits my needs the best. I gave 4 stars for price, it's very high for one months worth. However, I wash and reuse mine. I hand wash them in a bowl of water with a small amount of dish soap added. To dry I lay them flat between layers of paper towels and set something heavy on top so they don't curl up. After a few minutes the paper towels pull most of the water out and they are about 90% dry. I leave them out to air dry from there. For the sticky tabs, I fold the arms over onto the fabric before washing so it doesn't stick to anything, then pull apart when dry. I purchased a roll of adhesive dots and slap some of those on when needed.

Avoid
Horrible. Do not fit the mask well and end up getting stick on pillow, hair, blankets.

CPAP mask liners
Hard to attach and do not want to stay in place. There are better options available, use these only if you must! More trouble than they are worth!

These are OK but not worth the money
I have other covers that I have used that are better made and easier to install on my full face mask that do just as well as these and they cost 1/3 of what these cost. I would not waste my money on these
