If I could give this item 10 stars I would! It was so easy to use. I only needed very little product to clean 8 pairs of kicks all of which were different material. It removed stains from years ago. The quality of the brush was great. The cost for a GREAT product is amazing. It had the brush and solution. I will be purchasing the larger kit especially because it does what it claims.

I would recommend this product and would purchase again, but this review has some additional tips to make your experience better. I got the premium package which I thought would have everything needed to clean my shoes but it does not. The complete instructions say to put the shoes in the washing bag with a detergent pod after the manual cleaning process. However, no pods were included with my premium kit and are sold separately. I had a pair of wet shoes in my hands by the time I figured this out, so I used my normal washing detergent instead. I was pleased with the result, so maybe their pods are not anything special? Also, the instructions (a video after selecting a QR code) were not clear on one point. After brushing, and scrubbing with the three brushes, you are supposed to keep the shoe trees in the shoes when you wash them in the washing machine. Not just any shoe trees, but the washable shoe trees they sell. So far, I have used the kit to clean two pairs of shoes--both were mesh, non-leather material. I had good results with both pairs. However, if you have one kit, you can expect to only clean one pair per day. As a side tip, I learned on YouTube that you can use NON-acetone fingernail polish remover on white soles to get rid of stubborn stains. I regularly used this technique before I bought the kit, and did not need it on the two pairs I used the kit on.

The best shoe cleaner I’ve ever used. I’ve used many store bought brands in the last 20 years and this one is the best. Get the basic, single bottle and 1 brush kit and it will do the trick.

The system, and products worked very well. I liked how they have a proper procedure for best results. As you can see the shoes turned out really well. Why I gave it 3 stars is mostly for the value. The bag started to fall apart after just 3 washes. The laces also do not stay in the dedicated pocket. Each wash ended with my laces in a twisted mess outside of the bag. I am pleased with how well the cleaning solution worked and how the brushes performed. The show trees made a big difference in ability to clean and helping the shoe keep shape. Overall I love the concept and the system. I may seek a value brand next time as I would have expected more for the cost.
