I’ve struggled with very painful plantar fasciitis for several months. Modern footwear is to blame, for non-existent arch and heel support. In desperation I bought these ‘Arch support orthopaedic insoles’. THEY WORKED IMMEDIATELY. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis get these insoles, they will provide instant relief.Also worth noting, they are not flimsy, but are good quality and sturdy. Carefully measure your shoes and feet to get the right size.

These are good as I had instant pain relief with these insoles with my plantar facitilus, and these imsoles would be comfortable but I have wide feet with wide fitting shoes, so unfortunately I can feel my feet spilling out the sides from these insoles as they do not come right out to the sides of my wide fitting shoes. But great if you have standard or narrow feet.

Excellent product take the shape of your feet and gives you instant relaxation while walking as it have right support at right places.

Comfortable and well made insoles. They have a little bounce to them (not stiff). The arch is slightly (but noticeably) higher compared to other arch insoles. Good value for money. I recommend to give them a try.

These do support the arch, as described, and are true to size. However, they’re too firm for my liking - it feels a bit like cardboard in the shoe so not comfortable enough for anything more than short walks, which defeats their purpose.

Within 48hours of using the insole in my show my plantar fasciitis felt 90% better and I was able to enjoy our family weekend which required alot of walking. Insole also felt comfy in my shoe
