The flexibility to have it rolling or wear it on your back is great. However after 2 days, the bow fell off. After slightly less than 2 weeks of school use, the whole back seam along the back and bottom ripped! She doesn’t carry any heavy books either!

The pulley needs to be more sturdy, but absolutely love love the bags, they are beautiful and have lots of pockets and space to hold a lot of stuff.

This wasn’t made nice and it had Chinese writing on the bag that I used stickers to cover up with initials. And it had burn marks on the bottom stand which you had to put together. Style was nice, nor the value of money with quality. It could have been made better and the bag should have been as big as the base. Not sure if it would be great for travel ability more for taking to grandparents house. I wish I would have return before I put monograms on the bag to cover the writing that it didn’t show.

My grandchild loved it. She no longer have to carry her heavy laptop on her back.
