I was very sceptical to buy this after reading all the negative reviews, but decided to try it because the price was more affordable with the easy pays right now. Well thankfully I wasn’t disappointed, it expanded just as it should within 2 hours. It’s made my sofa bed extremely comfy now and I’m very happy. I just wanted to help others who are on the fence about buying that this was a great investment and I’m very happy with the delivery, quality and comfort no issues at all. Go for it x

This is perfect if you sleep alone in your bed! Even with mattress ties and a deep sided sheet to keep it held down if there is two of you in bed you end up rolled together. And even with it’s so called cooling tech, you get mega hot, dissatisfied with it when I have someone over, when it’s just me in the bed then it’s lovely, but I have to have the fan on.Shame

An excellent product, way worth its money. Pity that DPD lost the parcel two times in a row, so I decided to pick it up at an Amazon Counter.

This topper is very comfortable and soft, with out being too squishy. We purchased this topper because our fairly new Mattress was too hard. The topper has done the job of transferring our hard mattress into a soft comfortable mattress. Before we bought the topper I had regular backache, which I put down to the hard mattress but after using the topper for past couple of weeks I no longer have any backache whatsoever .However, I was not pleased with the fact that the the topper took almost a week to expand!And there is a small area that has still not expanded. The area that hasn’t expanded is about the size of a tea plate. I did think about sending it back due to the expanding problems but didn’t know how to get the the topper back in the shrink wrap and decided that given that the “flat” area was small and in one corner we decided to keep it. My feet don’t reach down to the corner where the plat area is so it’s ok.Over all I am pleased with the comfort and now look forward to going to bed .

The media could not be loaded. Honestly I was skeptical about buying this product but I decided to give it a shot. It was to true to believe that the topper was already in form before one hour of opening it. I truly will recommend, although I haven’t slept on it but I know it a good deal.

Very good padding on the centre but unfortunately the memory foam material at the sides fail to spring up after being taken out of the packaging now I’ve put it on an even surface for 72 hours as stated on the manual but the material at the side is deformed and would not recover it’s shape

Final update 29/12/22 - requested a call from Amazon - wow! Lovely Kushal acknowledged that there was no update to the tracking function, and offered, even though not within 14 days as normal, to manually process my refund back to my card, which should show in 5-7 working days. Without having the product location known, I thought that was pretty great to be honest - well done Amazon, and thank you! Funnily, as of this afternoon this product is no longer available, but suspect that it will be on another listing somewhere. I would never again buy something like this online.Updated 29/12/22 BELOW my original review. I found this product not fit for purpose at all - very hard and never expanded to what it should of. I put i a return, to drop off to an Evri parcel point, but they would not take it because it was too BIG!!! It is very hard to pack this small, certainly impossible in its original box. So, I cancelled that return with Amazon and organised for pick up, requiring more begging of friends for a printer. The Evri courier did not come when stated, next business day, and it took me chasing Amazon. He turned up 5 days later in a small car. This box is over a metre long so he had to shove it in! Checking the status it seems now, on 29th December it hasn't even registered as having left my house. So, I now have to see whats going on now! Time spent, annoyingly. I have no idea where the box is, the courier woud not give me his phone number. What to do?! I cannot afford to lose that kind of money - I paid £98. So, if you are looking for a memory foam topper, please go to the shops, don't buy online!!!Friday, 48 hours gone......... the centre and sides have expanded out to 3 inches, however, bith short ends are nowhere near and i think that will be it. Taking up valuable floor space, but they say up to 72 hours so..... in a warm well ventilated room. I wont settle for tgis if it remains sane and will demand return and refund as not fit for ourpose. I refuse to spend £98 of my hard earned salary on this!! ........Delivered today, folded in half, rolled and suction packed. I know we should wait, 48 hours in a warm, well ventilated room, but I will be surprised if this expands to a shape that it should be! It also looks dirty around the cut sides. I will review again tomorrow!

Having recently purchased a pretty expensive spring mattress I felt it needed a topper as I was previously used to a memory foam mattress.I started my search in anticipation as I am weary about buying stuff like this as you dont know what the comfort is like until you've tried it.Initially when I opened the package the matress didnt seem big enough for my bed and the cover looked bigger than the foam inner, However after leaving it a few hours to expand it fit very nicely indeed.After my 1st night on it I felt the difference the very next morning as I have Arthritis and a prolapsed Disc in my back. It's now been a good couple of weeks on this Subrtex topper and cant describe how much it has made a difference. I am feeling better rested for sure and still wanting to stay in bed for as long as possible.I still have the aches and pains of my conditions but this topper has helped me so much in regards to my pain levels when I am sleeping.Would Definitely recommend as a Topper.Will update my review should anything change :)
