B-Land Phone Holder for Gooseneck Stand, Universal Mobile Phone Mount Phone Clamp (Gooseneck Stand Not Included)

We buy this device after having roughed up its predecessor. Cracking of plastic leads us to this renewal opportunity. I gave it a warm welcome upon receipt quietly dispatching what remained of my last stand. To avoid breaking a gift such as this, it is suggested not to use the stand or your phone to bend the arms, however tempting it might be. The long arm is metal and will break this plastic device, insidiously and only after some time and repeated abuse on your end. The torsion you apply acts as a deer foot, a crowbar if you will, cracking the tortured plastic. Instead, take heed. Bend the steel-like arms first into position, then apply this stand. Then little plastic piece then does not break and you won't need to come back here and buy a third (our fourth) stand. So many devices promise pleasures untold via genuine handsfree experience. This one delivers and does so humbly.

Wish I’d known about this replacement part 2-3 years earlier. I’ve lost count on how many times this item has been replaced when all I had to do was replace the clamping part. It’s the only part that breaks.

We love these so much! We have like 5 of them. I buy them as gifts for other people too. They take a beating for a long time. I've had mine for a few years and use it constantly everyday and so do two toddlers. I'm just barely having to replace the phone holding part. The goose neck is still in great shape and functional. Great purchase without a doubt. Especially if you have kids. Whether you are on the go or around the house.

Overall it's nice but they break really easy. Maybe I'm just rough on mine, but the stand connectors are always where the breaks happen.

This is a replacement for the phone holder part of the B-Land gooseneck holder. It’s a good thing it’s sold, because it’s much less sturdy than the gooseneck. The gooseneck itself is fantastic. This phone holder has one design flaw, which would be easily remedied by the manufacturer, but obviously that has not happened. The problem is that you have a heavy and highly mobile metal piece (the gooseneck and magnetic metal prongs) which connects into a plastic port. The plastic is not even remotely strong enough to handle the movement and strain from the prongs. The screws wiggle loose, the plastic snaps, and the pieces no longer connect securely. Why on earth the ports aren’t made out of metal is beyond me. The entire rest of the device has a metal core. Just not the ports.So anyway, I’ll be ordering my third replacement (they last 4-6 months for me), and hope that the manufacturer reads these reviews and provides a simple upgrade of parts.

Very flexivle and can be used in many different ways. This is my second.

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. This is my third purchase in the last seven years. The product that I received today has magnets that are so reduced in strength that the product does not stay in place. I will never buy from this company again, do not buy

This is the best thing to hold my phone. I use it everyday.
