Very practical massage set that's great value for the money
I bought the orange set (massage roller, back roller, massage ball and foot roller) primarily to support recovery from a recent bout of sciatica and for post mountain hikes.Likes:- the main foam roller is excellent quality and digs deep into the larger muscles which really helps relieve muscle tightness- the foot roller is also great; the contours particularly support reaching various foot muscles which is supporting my recovery from 'foot drop'- the massage ball I found to be useful for tighter muscle knots in the larger muscles groupsDislikes (mild):- the soft inner roller is a great idea and I do use it on the more sensitive muscles however, I suspect that it won't last the test of time unlike the other kit componentsThis is a great quality set that covers all my recovery needs that is competitively priced so highly recommended. I hope it works as well for your recovery as it did for mine!

Helped a lot rehabbing after debilitating foot injury
Having had a serious tendon injury and rehabbing my foot for many months, this was great and really helped relieve tension in my feet and legs and I seriously believe they have significantly helped speed up my recovery time. The small roller is fantastic for general rolling on most applicable muscles, definitely the perfect size and texture in my opinion. The large roller is great to get in deeper, where needed, e.g. for quads. As a fairly heavy (230lbs) muscular 6ft guy these were more than strong enough to support my weight after using them almost every day.Overall a really good looking, professionally put together and convenient package, bag makes it very portable and the whole set is very useful.

Does a good job
I do martial arts 2/3 times a week, generally a lot of anaerobic fast twitch muscle exercise I balance out through the week with long hill hikes. I'm not young anymore and at times, even with proper warm ups/downs and such, this can lead to episodes of the DOMS and such. I don't have a live in masseur, and my wife isn't interested in the job, so I got one of these. It takes a while to figure out the best way of doing the exercises/rolls that come in a handy sheet with the product, and (like deep tissue massage and myofacial release) it can be a bit 'uncomfortable' but it does work quite well. The difference between doing it after a heavy session and not doing it is noticeable. You get a lot for the money, 2 rollers, a mini foot roller kind of thing and a ball roller. The ball roller in particular is very useful, so much so that I keep it handy on my desk when I'm working and next to me when I'm lazing on the sofa just to do back neck shoulders legs and arms if I feel the need. Comes with a useful carry bag. All in all very pleased with the product and it was very good value for money.

Great quality, great service, great product
This is the second product I've bought from Elvire and both times I've been really happy with my purchase - their products are great quality and I've always received prompt and friendly customer service if I've had any questions (I previously bought their pack of 3 resistance bands). The foam roller set comes in a handy storage bag that also makes it easy to transport and fits all the pieces in perfectly. Also, it's not too big (see picture with ruler for scale) so not too cumbersome nor takes up too much space. The red soft roller fits inside the larger black roller (see pictures) which makes it easier to store too. For someone who is just starting to use foam rollers as part of their post-workout routine, I have found starting with the softer roller best, and is great that the option is provided with the harder one for those who are more experienced in their foam roller usage! The small, shaped roller (see picture) feels amazing on the inner arches of my feet...who knew?! And the little roller ball is great for getting stuck into tight spots, like around the shoulder blades or specific spots on the calves. It also has the capacity to drop some oil inside it if you want a more relaxing massage effect which is a nice touch - not tried that yet, but I intend to!It all comes with a handy and clear guide of how to use the set safely, indicating dos, don'ts and tips to get the best use out of them. I would definitely recommend Elvire Foam Roller set!

A personal trainer's approval
The best complete foam roller set out there. I'm a personal trainer and so I've had experience with using foam rollers with myself and clients. The foam roller itself is gridded in a way that gives you a nice deep ironing out of the knots and muscles releasing that lactic acid and loosening you up. If the firmness is too much then the additional orange roller is softer until you can build up to the firmness of the black roller. If you're unsure how to use them there are instructions included on how to use each item. The foot roller is handy for many things. If your feet are tired after a hike, football or if you have plantar fasciitis. It may not get rid of plantar fasciitis but as a professional who has helped clients with this issue I can say this is exactly what people need to at least help the problem. The ball roller is fantastic for getting into stubborn spots where you have knots or stiffness. This is also especially good for those who experience sciatica. I find the main reason for sciatica is when the piriformis (the muscle begind the glutes) tightens up around the top of the sciatic nerve giving you that pinch and tightness either all down your leg or just at the top. Releasing that tension from the piriformis is rather tricky as it's so deep behind your glutes so massages, stretches and foam rollers rarely help. So resting your glutes on top of the ball roller (i.e sitting on it, you can place the other foot into the floor to ease some weight off your glute you're working if it's too painful) where the problem seems to stem from will slowly release the tightness in your piriformis and loosen up around your sciatic nerve. Rest is there for about 20-30 seconds. This is known as myofascial release
