I use both KT brand and Kinesio Tek brand tape for joint stability and pain relief. Where KT works great on large joints, like knees, it does not stick to smaller applications like wrists and hands. I tried the Kinesio Tek brand and WOW what a difference! My fragile skin can handle the adhesive just fine and it stays on for at least 5 days. I love it!

My physical therapist recommended me this exact tape and I love it! I could not say enough about it. I’m using it for plantar fasciitis in my heel. It really hugs the corners of my heel well and provides great support. What’s different about this tape than I have seen in others is the adhesive design on the inside. It provides a great stretch, allows for a great bend, and reduces my pain more than any other treatment im currently using.The best way I found to take it off is to actually wear it in the shower. Shower. Don’t dry the area out peel the tape And then it peels off with very little pain. After that I dry well and removing very little adehsove residue with rubbing alcohol. If you prefer baby oil or whatever else, make sure to wipe down with rubbing alcohol so that you don’t mess with the adhesive when you reapply

It leaves a thick, black, gooey residue that is completely difficult to remove. I had to really scrub my leg with an oil based product to get it off. However, this product does do what it is purported to do for pain. For pain, I product a 10 out of 10. It really gives you support.

Just say NO. There is no comparison between this Useless Tape and my ‘tried and true’ brand of High Quality Kinesiology ‘KT’ BRAND Tape.Don’t waste your money. Simply BUY ‘KT’ INSTEAD. KT is SIMPLY MARVELOUS AND BEATS ALL OTHER TAPE OUT THERE. It supports my Knee which is awaiting a December Replacement as well as to keep swelling down after a Surgically hardware mended Tallis and Navicular Joint in my Foot. KT Tape has great soothing Myofacial skin facing Waves which relax the sub dermal tissues and hold my injuries tight (for 10 days or more and never had a problem removing). This Cheaper Brand of Kinesiology tape was much less supportive, thinner and did not last an hour before the bond was moving or stretching and over time it’s adhesive hurt like hell to remove as it stretched my Skin 3” OWWWW!!!!! I’d never use it again as the pain is certainly not what I buy Tape for! Ridiculously weak support it gave.Again, My Regular Tape is KT Kinesiology Tape and I strongly recommend KT TAPEOVER THIS AWFUL PAINFUL KNOCKOFF JUNK.

This tape is durable, doesn't come off in water so when you apply it you will have it on for several days. It puts just the right pressure when applied properly to ease the pain in my knee. It IS HARD TO REMOVE but that is why you can count on it to stay on for several days. I definitely will buy more!

Works great. For supporting a torn MCLLasts a couple showers or a day on the water paddle boarding.
