Compress, shape, & comfort
I purchased 2 of the "Lancs Women Upper Arm Shaper Post Surgical Compression Sleeves Slimmer...."I bought a black ( large) and a beige (extra large). I am pleased with the way both items fit. I got liposuction on both of my arms and needed a compression sleeve shaper to compress, shape and secure my arms. The compression and security this product provides for my arms is phenomenal. This garment is very comfortable on the armpits and sides of my breasts. It's doing a great job to help the intention of the surgical procedure by shaping my arms, while providing the compression it need to allow my arms to slim down and the skin to tighten. I love the material. It is soft- while tuff, has elasticity- so you're able to move around and bend without any problems, and it does not feel cheap or thin. I have no complaints. In fact, I'm going to purchase 2 more of this same item for when I start to workout again. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a compression sleeve slimmer. You will not be disappointed.

Great post-surgical compression garment
Bought this for post-arm lift compression. It's super comfortable, as far as being wrapped in spandex goes anyway. The long sleeve is an absolute must. I had a 3/4 sleeve garment before and it was way too tight for my forearms, so this one is much better. It's a little loose around the wrists, which is a good thing because I don't want or need compression to my wrists. That said, I have small wrists, so if you have normal to chubby wrists, you may feel differently about that aspect of fit.As for sizing, I went by the size chart and got a size M. I normally wear a size L or 10/12 in shirts, but my underbust is 35" which put me in a M. This ended up being a perfect fit with the correct amount of compression.I also wanted this particular one because it has the band going across the top of the chest which helps it to not slip off the shoulders. In terms of quality control, I got one that had the sleeves sewn on inside-out. This ended up being a plus for me, as the seam on the outside is flatter anyway, so having that up against my skin is more comfortable... but just something to be aware of.

Nice long sleeve arm shaper.
So, I’m a gastric bypass patient and I have a lot of loose skin on my arms. The rest of me is fairly small. I wear size medium usually, and my arms drive me crazy.Anyway, I like this product. I ordered according to measurements, which meant I got a large, and it fit like it should. It’s got a lot of hooks so it helps smooth the line your bra makes and won’t make extra lumps across the back. The hooks across the front middle of the chest seem sorta extra to me, but i can see how someone trying to give support to their breasts might appreciate them being there. As for me, I took that part off and put it aside in a drawer. It’s fully detachable, by the way. I wasn’t actually sure of that when I ordered, so I was glad to find out I could take that part out.The compression is good. I’d call it a medium level compression. Definitely enough compression to make a noticeable difference, but not so much that it hurts. The fabric is the exact same as the body shapers for sale at Walmart or Target. It’s thick, silky, not at all see-through, and would be very hard to put runs in. The sleeves resemble normal shirt sleeves so it won’t be super obvious you’re wearing a shaper if you use this to layer. If I had one complaint, it would be that the sleeves, despite being “full length”, were still not quite long enough for me. Maybe 7/8’s length would be a better description. (See my third picture for a visual of this.) I’m just under 5’10” and I’m used to shirts having slightly too short sleeves for my personal preference, however the sleeves on this shaper were slightly shorter than even the sleeves on a normal shirt, and I suspect they might even be too short for an average-sized person.Anyway, if 7/8’s length sleeves won’t bother you, I highly recommend this shaper. It fits great, offers good support, and seems to be high quality.

Works great and great quality!
Seems to be true to size! I ordered a medium and I wear a medium in shirts. I had an arm lift and this definitely keeps everything nice and snug and allows your healing skin to stay flat and smooth around the stitches. The ONLY downside is if your arm lift incisions go down your armpit, the seams of this compression garment WILL press against your incisions and highly irritate them. I suggest wearing a self adhesive bandage on your armpit incision before putting this on. Both straps across your body are very beneficial as this really does compress, so the fabric naturally wants to restrict back to its original shape if you don’t wear the straps.

Cut out for breasts is small and comes too far forward
For me, the cut out for breasts is too small and comes too far forward, cutting into the sides of breast very tightly. I'm 5'4" 130 lbs. and natural 34D. The arm compression is great, arm length for me was to my wrist, and garment is comfortable, except for the way the cut out for breasts hits on the side of them. The cut out for breasts might fit fine if you have breast implants.

Stays put and doesn’t roll or cut in
I bought this one and the one that hits just above the elbow. I ended up returning the one that hits just above the elbow. The longer sleeve I found to be far more comfortable and didn’t feel as though it was cutting of my circulation like the shorter one.

Bad stitching and quality
Stitch poorly one arms longer than the other and one side's bigger than the other bad quality.

Good product.
I got this to wear following surgery on my upper arms to remove fat. However, my surgery had to be cancelled, so I never wore it. I am keeping it for when I can have the surgery though. I tried it on and it fits well and though I thought the shoulder might not stay up, they seem to do well.
