We have several rentals and from time to time we have had issues with tenants seeing roaches that have traveled in from a neighbors home or apartment. We’ve been using this product for years and it never fails to eradicate roaches very quickly and efficiently. We have told several other people about this product and they also buy it. We also keep it out in rentals and even our own home for preventative measures. I can’t say enough good about this.

Product works extremely well. I had a roach issue and when I began to put this out around the living areas I noticed there was not one sighting of roaches. Kills quickly:You will see no roaches within a couple days

This is probably the only stuff that has been worth a crap in getting rid of roaches. Other products I've tried kills many. But never seems to completely irradiate them. I recommend placing small amounts in many places. No need to waste it in large clumps. I'd say the size of a small bead. And do 15-20 locations in big rooms like your kitchen. Less in smaller areas. Especially in areas you see more roaches at. And leave it for a weeks after you stop seeing them. Just to ensure they are all gone. If the clumps become too small, add more. If you see new areas the roaches are. Add some. With a week or so I stopped seeing them. After that I would suggest using some kind of pest control around the outside of the house to ensure to don't enter the house again.

If this stuff doesnt work your only next step is a professional.I have used this for myself and suggested it to others, it works every time if you use it properly, and make sure that your batch is not close to expiring.It is safe for pets when used properly and safely, application is easy, and it is nice not having to spray chemicals everywhere.

This product works like intended, on just the first day there were roaches already eating it like crazy. By the next morning, I found a bunch struggling and dying. They gobble it up like candy! Now, I do have ONE complaint. It dries very fast and becomes unappetizing to them within a few hours, so it only seems to work well on very active areas. I'm going to try by misting it with a little water to see if it helps keep it hydrated and attractive. Good luck to the rest of you, this stuff is a miracle!

Works great and long lasting.

This stuff is fantastic! I tried everything, boric acid, baking soda, etc. and none of it worked. I really didn't think Advion would work either. I've never seen them in my apartment before but I was seriously beginning to believe this particular roach family in my kitchen was immortal. I have pet bunnies so I will not use anything that isn't safe for them.But then I read reviews on Advion. I tried it and I love it! Be patient, because it works with a domino effect- one eats it, it goes back and infects and kills the others. It takes some time. I didn't have a bad infestation (when I turned on the lights I only saw 1 or 2, no more) but it was obviously working within 3 days. On the 3rd day I stopped seeing the big creepy adult ones and have never seen them again. I saw a few small dead ones a few days after that or they were alive but walking lethargically and had obviously been poisoned. In about 10 or 11 days, they were all gone. I did reapply a bit of it though every time I saw one alive even though they were sluggish. It seemed expensive but the 4 tubes I got will last for a very long time, they send you tons of it! I haven't even used half of a tube yet and it's worked great. It's also pet safe, just make sure there's no way your pet can get to it.I flashed a light behind my fridge and saw a small pile of dead ones, so that was where they were living. I'll be reapplying this probably every 2 months or more so I never have to see these creepy bugs again.If you've got a roach problem, get this. Advion is the best gel bait ever for the problem. Everyone was right about it!

So far it seems to be killing these stubborn cockroaches. Easy to use and apply.
