Do these seal to the face? I'm trying to block allergens from eye area.

These are great safety goggles. They seal to your face but are vented so I don't know if they will help allergies

I have a large head and thus large glasses, will these work with 7 inch wide 3 inch tall glasses?

Probably not, the interior edge going band to band is about 6 inches and the interior rubber that lines the interior edge of the goggles to protect from liquid or spray entering the eye area narrows the vertical field. Contact lenses would be a better option. Hope this helps
