A handy item to have for my brewing and wine making
This does NOT replace a regular carboy stopper though. It is helpful for me in other things such as vacuum degassing and transferring to secondary carboys or bottling buckets. Someone else pointed out how it can be used to start a siphon without a special siphon device hand pump too. The seal is not that snug so you might need some vaseline to help with that.

Fits great but caps are a bit loose
Fits great on my 5 gallon glass carboy and should do the job. I wish I knew what it was made of because I don't think it's silicone, has more of a PVC feel to it. The caps are fairly loose, especially the large one so if you plan to use this with an airlock keep that in mind.

Great for siphoning and Storage
I've struggles with auto-siphons and primer devices for a long time before discovering this little beauty. Just thread your racking cane through the center and give a stiff puff into the side inlet and presto! Your wort will be transferred quicker than you can say "I need 4 more feet of tubing." The only aside is that it will not fit on 6.5 gal carboys. You'll have to purchase a separate model to fit. When using for storage, again, just snap on with the 2 white caps in place.

It’s A Carboy Cap
Product is as advertised and shipped on time in perfect condition. It works perfect with my racking cane and carbonation cap allowing me to pressure transfer beer from my carboys to either kegs or a bottling bucket.

With two carboys this can make a re-rack easier
If you use the Carboy cap on the clean carboy with a racking cane and a racking cane on the full carboy with tubing between, you can the start the siphon by putting suction on the second port on the carboy cap - this really reduces air exposure of the wine. Much easier to clean and use than my auto-siphon!

Airtight sealing is not this cap's strongest quality
I originally thought of using this carboy cap for easy removal on weekly basis to do some stirring, so that I don't have to struggle with removing the bung and airlock every time. This cap is very soft and flexible, and fits all the glass carboy sizes, as advertised. My issue with it is that the level of water in the S-shaped airlock is always even, while other carboy with airlock and bung changes levels as pressure rises and drops due to slight temperature fluctuations over the course of the day. Wines in both carboys have finished fermenting long ago and are degassed. Taking all into account, it makes me suspect that the seal isn't tight on the carboy with this orange carboy cap. I think I will be going back to the bung and airlock, as I don't want to risk oxidation of the wine. I may, however, use this cap later on for racking as recommended, such that I wouldn't need to disturb the sediment while pumping with the auto-siphon. Finally, this is not the cap I would use on my carboys during the period of ageing, altough I see how it may be useful during vigorous alcoholic fermentation.
